ANJANEYA YOUTH CLUB CONSTITUTION

These constitutional principles shall be called “CONSTITUTION of Anjaneya Youth Club”.
The constitution has been in effect since 26 June 2019.
Until changed in accordance with the Act, the Head Office of Anjaneya Youth Club will be in the City of Kathmandu in Nepal.

To contribute to bhagabat seva (divine selfless service), as per the direction of Jagadguru Mahayogi Siddhababa (Jagadguru Sri Ramanandacharya Swami RamKrishna Acharyaji Maharaj).
To realize the inner self and think selflessly.
To promote physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing through the practice of Himalayan Siddha Mahayog Meditation.
To advance knowledge on yoga and meditation and their impact on the dimensions (spiritual, social, physical, mental and emotional) of human health through Jagadguru Mahayogi Siddhababa’s teachings.
To study, educate, practice and disseminate the teachings of Jagatguru Mahayogi Siddhababa.

Anybody who is 30 years of age or younger, and has an interest in stated objectives of AYC and agrees to abide by the Constitution can be a member.
A member must obey the chain of command as determined by Jagadguru Mahayogi Siddhababa.
A member must treat others respectfully, honestly, politely and fairly.
As members are striving for spiritual progression and selfless service, they must have determination to dispel their ego, anger, biasness, jealousy and envy.
A member means a person who has paid his/her membership dues and agrees to obey AYC Constitutional Principles.
A member shall not engage in activities contrary to the objectives of AYC. Violation of Constitutional principles may result in disciplinary action by Jagadguru Mahayogi Siddhababa and may result in membership being revoked.
A member is provided: free food and lodging in any Himalayan Siddha Mahayog Ashram or center, 5% discount for Mahayog travels, 5% discount on sadhana-initiation fees.
An application for membership must be submitted to AYC with the annual membership fees.
The annual membership fees shall be determined by the decision of Jagadguru Mahayogi Siddhababa.

Jagadguru Mahayogi Siddhababa is the President and supreme authority of Anjaneya Youth Club.
Jagadguru Mahayogi Siddhababa will distribute responsibilities of members.
Members must obey the responsibilities they are delegated.
Members must fulfill their responsibilities with dedication, honesty, integrity, and in a timely manner.
Violation of any of the above principles can result in a member losing their AYC membership.

Meetings will be held at the discretion of Jagadguru Mahayogi Siddhababa.
Meeting time, agenda and notice is the decision of Jagatguru Mahayogi Siddhababa.
Members may participate in the meeting through physical presence or by conference-call.

The fiscal year of AYC shall be from January 1 to December 31.
Only Jagadguru Mahayogi Siddhababa has the authority to delegate AYC fund spending as necessary in conducting AYC business.

Any proposal for changes to Constitutional Principles may be made to Jagadguru Mahayogi Siddhababa in writing and signed and supported by another member. Such proposals shall be received by Jagadguru Mahayogi Siddhababa.
The proposed amendments shall be adopted at the choice of Jagadguru Mahayogi Siddhababa.

AYC may be dissolved if there is an extended period of inactivity or if there are other justifiable reasons as decided by Jagadguru Mahayogi Siddhababa.
In the event of dissolution, all the assets and properties of AYC shall be disposed of as determined by Jagadguru Mahayogi Siddhababa.

This Constitution was finalized on June 26, 2019 by Jagadguru Mahayogi Siddhababa, the President and supreme authority of Anjaneya Youth Club.
